Us

A dynamic, young company (3 ½ years old) we have quickly become a leader in providing raising aspirations programmes and training to young people, and have clients including Vodafone, NESTA and leading employers, universities and schools.

There is a large FF family including our associate trainers, our advisory board and sounding boards, and people we retain to help ongoing with projects, proposals and design work. Job Summary:

-        The Programme Manager is responsible for leading on Programme and Client management.  

-        This position reports directly to the Future Foundations Operations Director, and works closely with the Future Foundations Managing Director.   

 

Responsibilities: 

-        Managing clients (e.g. schools, colleges, universities, youth organisations, corporates) and programmes (e.g.  university edge, graduate edge 3rd sector WRL pilot) (for details on all our programmes and clients please  visit the Future Foundations website)

-        Event logistics – design and delivery of training events, e.g. summer schools, sixth form inductions,  leadership weekends, etc.

-        Developing programme best practice including training materials, evaluation and risk assessments  

-        Recruiting, managing and training associates, interns, work experience candidates and student reps  (depending upon previous experience)

-        Heading up special projects, including research and business development projects

-        Office management and general day-to-day management, and leading on administration

-        Work with our head of IT to maintain and develop the Future Foundations Website (no technical knowledge  required)

-        Supporting the directors with business administration

Location

-        Clapham, London, SW11

-        Expectation to be mostly based in office first one to three months, then with flexibility to work from home  or remote locations by agreement

 

Start date: immediate; probationary period of 4 months

-        £22,500 salary
